The Compensation Analyst plays a crucial role in managing competitive compensation packages to attract and retain talent. She/he performs conduct benchmarking studies, and ensure fair and equitable pay practices within the organization. She/he will also be involved in global project/process related to Compensation & Benefits
The main missions of this role are: * Participate in compensation surveys, gather and organize compensation data from various internal and external sources to support compensation decisions and talent retention
