Compensation Analyst – AP

• Provides support for the implementation and administration of compensation policies and programs
• Manage survey process - participates in compensation surveys to collect and analyze competitive salary information to determine company's competitive position
• Provide data insights to address specific pay market concerns
• Prepares and analyzes salary adjustments for conformance to established guidelines, policies and practices
• Recommends corrective or alternative actions to resolve compensation-related problems
• Prepares special studies and recommendations on subjects such as incentive compensation, bonus plans, sales compensation or stock options

• Partner with other team members to provide compensation support and recommendations as needed
• Lead or participate in compensation related projects and activities
• Perform periodic data audits to ensure data accuracy

Experience, Education and Knowledge/Skill

• A minimum of 5 years of related experience in technology industry
• Knowledge of compensation benchmarking and market pricing
• Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to partner and cross functionally
• Experience of working with internal HR partners to support business priorities
• Bachelors'/Masters' Degree in any stream from any recognized university
• An experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization; resolves wide range of complex issues
