Monitor the integrity and validity of the data reported.Benchmark positions using salary surveys to develop and maintain job families, salary structures, incentive pay structures, and other market-aligned compensation practices.Analyze market data, review job documentation, and provide consultation to management and the People team to make informed pay and job leveling decisions consistent with company compensation philosophy.Assess business needs, analyze trends, and develop compensation models to make compelling, data-driven compensation recommendations.
