To represent the company's products and services, drive sales growth, and ensure high customer satisfaction by managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to post-sale support, acting as a vital point of contact between the company and its clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Prospecting:
Identify, research, and qualify new leads; contact potential and existing customers to present solutions.
Customer Engagement:
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing; answer questions; provide exceptional support.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships; manage customer portfolios.
Sales Execution:
Negotiate contracts, close sales, process orders, and meet monthly/annual sales quotas.
Reporting:
Maintain accurate customer databases, track sales activities, and submit daily/weekly activity reports.
Collaboration:
Work with other departments (marketing, support, etc.) to achieve company goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven sales experience (preferred) or strong aptitude for sales.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport and handle difficult clients.
Good organizational skills, multitasking ability, and time management.
Goal-oriented with a drive to meet targets.
Knowledge of the company's products/services and industry.
Work Environment:
Fast-paced, potentially demanding, requiring resilience and adaptability.
May involve travel, client visits, or phone-based sales (B2B/B2C).
