Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations and ensure work is completed

on time and as per standards

Allocate tasks, set priorities, and monitor individual and team performance Enforce company policies, safety rules, and operational procedures--

no exceptions

Identify operational issues and resolve them

before they escalate

Report performance, delays, quality issues, and manpower concerns to management Coordinate with production, quality, logistics, and admin teams Train new staff and correct poor performance through direct feedback Maintain discipline, attendance, and productivity records
Authority & Accountability

Can assign and reassign work Can recommend disciplinary action and performance rewards Fully accountable for output quality, efficiency, and team behavior
Required Skills

Strong operational understanding of the business Ability to

control people, not just manage them

Clear communication and decision-making skills Problem-solving under pressure Basic reporting and documentation skills
Qualifications & Experience

Graduate or relevant industry experience 2-5 years of supervisory or floor-level leadership experience Experience in manufacturing / operations / service environments preferred
Performance Metrics

Productivity and efficiency levels Quality compliance Attendance and discipline of team Timely completion of tasks Reduction in errors, wastage, and delays
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
