Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements under the Companies Act and other applicable laws.
Prepare, draft, and file necessary ROC forms, returns, and company documents.
Organize and manage Board Meetings, Annual General Meetings (AGMs), and committee meetings including drafting of notices, agendas, and minutes.
Maintain company records, statutory registers, and ensure proper documentation of resolutions.
Liaise with auditors, legal advisors, government authorities, and other stakeholders.
Handle company secretarial functions including incorporation, shareholding changes, and compliance audits.
Support management in drafting policies, agreements, and legal correspondences.
Ensure timely filing and compliance with MCA, RBI, SEBI, and other authorities as required.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Qualified Company Secretary (CS) with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience.
Strong knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013, and related legal frameworks.
Excellent communication, drafting, and coordination skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
