Job Description

1. Asset Management

,

including handling all annual compliances with the relevant Local Authorities/Departments in Punjab.

2. Monitoring and updating cash flow statements for all assets, specifically tracking receivables pertaining to yearly rentals.

3. Coordinating and following up with tenants to ensure timely payment of all dues.

4. Strong knowledgeof the Punjab Land Revenue Act, Registration of Documents Act, and Transfer of Property Act.

5. Well-versed in processes related to property registration, mutation, and payment of stamp duty and registration fees.

6. Following assignment have to be handled with respect to the Companies or other entities where VSJ Group is going to invest-:

Analysis of the Financials, Business Model, Team Structure, upcoming business opportunities.

Risk Analysis of such Investment.

Presentation of analysis report to management for their decision on investment

Day to day Interaction with the management of such entities/companies.

Preparation of the periodic review dashboard of such entities/companies and seeking requisite information.

7. Evaluation of new projects/opportunities on the parameters of risk and return associated with the said Projects.

8. Evaluation and analysis of the all kind of Investment in AIF, seed funding or any other investment through VSJ group.

9. Company Secretary trainee with Property Law experience .

10. Salary up to 3LPA

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
