Opening for Male Company Secretary in a Leading Steel Company
Location - Topsia(kolkata, West bengal)
Exp - 3 years and above

To ensure compliance of the provisions of Companies Law and rules
To prepare the agenda in consultation with the Management for all the meetings of the board of directors.
To carry out all matters concerned with the allotment of shares, issuance of share certificates, transfer of shares including maintenance of statutory Share Register and conducting the appropriate activities connected with share transfers including proper filling in the matter.
To have custody of the seal/DSC's of the company/directors/Authorized signatories Legal Functions
Filling of various documents/returns as required under the provisions of the Companies Law as & when required.
Proper maintenance of books and registers of the company as required under the provisions of the Companies Law.
To see whether legal requirements of the allotment issuance and transfer of share certificates, mortgages, charges etc. have been complied with.
To record the minutes of the proceedings of the meetings of the directors.
To keep proper record of the proceedings of all the meetings.
