Our fast-paced office environment is full of creative thinkers and doers who collaborate to get ideas off the ground.We are looking for Employees who have an interest in Corporate and allied laws.RESPONSIBILITIES> Statutory compliances under Companies Act, LLP Act, SEBI, Listing and RBI regulations, NBFC Compliances, FEMA, Labour Law, SEZ, Trust, NGOs, GPCB and so on.> Complying with various Secretarial Standards prescribed by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.> Maintain and adhere to compliance guidelines.> Maintain Secretarial Records and Statutory Register.> Drafting and vetting of agreements.> Communication with various Stakeholders like Shareholders, Government Regulators, authorities etc.> Responsible for all companies secretarial functions, duties & responsibilities and dealing one to one with the client.> Any other work related to secretarial / compliance matters as may be assigned.RELEVANT SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS> Qualified CS.> Sound knowledge of Companies Act, LLP Act, SEBI, Listing and RBI Regulations, FEMA, NBFC Compliance, Labour Law, SEZ, Trust, NGOs, GPCB and so on.> Strong analytical and quantitative skills.> Communication and interpersonal skills.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ?20,000.00 - ?28,000.00 per monthBenefits:
