Company Secretary - Startup

Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Retainer compliance for all GOAT portfolio entities including director transition, auditor transition and name change of entities

2. Preparation and finalization of board agenda, minutes of board and shareholders meeting, supporting papers, circular resolution of highest standard

3. End to end secretarial support for brand acquisitions such as private placement, rights issue and share transfer

4. End to end secretarial and administrative support for debt draw drawn and charge filing including rolling charge

5. End to end secretarial and administrative support for equity funding at Singapore and India level

6. Filing of various forms under Companies Act, 2013 and FEMA (FC-GPR, FC-TRS, FLA return, ODI and FDI filings)

7. Coordination with AD bank and RBI authorities for FEMA related matters

8. Coordination with sub-registrar for stamp papers, notarization, adjudication etc.

9. Supervising incorporation of entities

10. Coordination with overseas consultant for secretarial compliance; and

11. Providing administrative support to legal, finance and M&A team.
