1. Assisting in Compliance under Companies Act, 2013, Listing Regulations and various corporate laws like SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 2. AGM and Annual Report related activities 3. Compliance under Corporate Laws for Subsidiary Companies 4. Assisting the business requirements like issue of Letter of Authorization, POA, Bid related requirements, Request for proposal (RFP) etc. and related process 5. Assisting in monitoring of compliance through inhouse Compliance Tool 6. Handling Corporate Law related assigned work or research thereto Desired Candidate Profile: Desired candidate must have around 5 years experience in handling compliance under MCA, SEBI Laws and Regulations. The candidate must ensure that the Company / its subsidiaries are in compliance with the applicable laws and comply with highest levels of Corporate Governance. He / She should have a good drafting and communication and should be a self-achiever and highly motivated to take on additional responsibilities. A fair knowledge of computers is a pre-requisite. Qualification: 1. Company Secretary with experience around 5 years experience, preferable in listed entity 2. A candidate with legal qualification will have an added advantage.
