We are seeking for Professional Female personal secretary to process employee information processing, company policy checking, updating, and managing new Business. Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients \xc2\xb7 Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence \xc2\xb7 Handle requests and queries appropriately Handling Business Requirements All over India, Travelling All over States Alone also with team for Exhibition, Programs \xc2\xb7 Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments \xc2\xb7 Make travel arrangements \xc2\xb7 Take dictation and minutes \xc2\xb7 Source office supplies \xc2\xb7 Produce reports, presentations and briefs \xc2\xb7 Devise and maintain office filing system Requirements and skills \xc2\xb7 Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of office management systems and procedures \xc2\xb7 MS Office and English proficiency \xc2\xb7 Outstanding organisational and time management skills \xc2\xb7 Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications \xc2\xb7 Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload \xc2\xb7 Excellent verbal and written communications skills \xc2\xb7 Discretion and confidentiality \xc2\xb7 High School degree - Any Degree \xc2\xb7 PA diploma or certification would be considered an advantage Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: \xe2\x82\xb920,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb930,000.00 per month Benefits:
