Job Description


Company Secretary (Certificate of Practice is a pre-requisite) Ensuring the compliance of the secretarial compliances of the clients including compliances with the relevant company laws, rules & regulations. Ensuring good corporate governance practice for the firms clients . Work on restructuring engagements of the firm such as Capital Reduction, mergers and demergers, buy back, etc. Advising clients on legal issues relating to FEMA, Company Law, M&A, SEBI Takeover and other regulations Carrying out legal due diligence of companies/LLPs for the clients. Drafting of all kinds of commercial contracts including JVA and Shareholders agreement. Incorporation of Companies/LLPs Work on Insolvency and Bankruptcy matters such as CIRP, Liquidation, Voluntary Liquidation, etc. Job Types: Permanent, Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb9700,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb91,000,000.00 per year Benefits:
