Key Responsibilities:
? To provide in-house legal support to the Company by handling corporate legal matters, contracts, compliances, documentation, and assisting in secretarial and regulatory requirements, ensuring adherence to applicable laws and internal policies - Legal Handling day-to-day corporate legal matters of the Company Drafting, vetting, reviewing, and negotiating: Agreements, MOUs, NDAs, contracts, letters, and notices Ensuring legal compliance with applicable corporate, commercial, and regulatory laws Liaising with external advocates, consultants, and regulators Assisting in handling: Litigation matters, legal notices, replies, and court documentation Maintaining and updating: Legal records, agreements, and case files Advising internal departments on legal risks and contractual obligations Supporting management in legal due diligence and compliance reviews Secretarial & Compliance (Preferred): Assisting in company secretarial compliances under the Companies Act, 2013 Supporting preparation and filing of: ROC forms (e-Forms), annual filings, and event-based filings Drafting and maintaining: Board resolutions, shareholders' resolutions, minutes, and statutory registers Assisting in convening: Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, and General Meetings Coordinating with: Company Secretaries, auditors, and consultants for compliance matters Ensuring timely compliance with: MCA, ROC, and other statutory authoritie
Skill Required and Education:
Company Secratery (min 3 years exp) or LLB (3 years)
