Job Role:
Company Secretary
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with all company laws & regulations
Maintain statutory registers, records & filings
Draft minutes of Board & Shareholder meetings
Handle all secretarial & legal compliance functions
Stay updated on corporate laws and advise management
Eligibility:
Member of
ICSI
Freshers / up to 1 year experience
