Manage the MD's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel.Organize internal andexternal meetings,ensuring all materials and information are prepared in advance.Prepare reports,presentations, and MIS for reviews and Board meetings. Draft, review, and format correspondence, reports, and presentations for the MD. Follow up with department heads to ensure timely execution of decisions.Coordinate key projects and maintain dashboards for critical initiatives.Handle confidential communication and act as the point of contact for stakeholders.Support in organizing client visits, factory tours, and special events.
