Job Title: Company Secretary

Location: Andheri West, Mumbai
Industry: Retail - Lab-Grown Diamonds
Experience Required: 5 to 9 years
Salary: As per industry standards (commensurate with qualifications and interview performance)

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure full compliance with Companies Act, 2013, SEBI Regulations, LODR, and other statutory laws. Independently handle ROC filings, XBRL filings, board and shareholder meeting documentation, and maintenance of statutory records. Lead IPO readiness and listing compliance, including legal coordination, DRHP support, and working with merchant bankers and regulators. Advise senior management on legal risks, regulatory strategy, and governance matters. Provide incorporation services, ensure legal vetting of documents, and handle any corporate legal advisory. Build and manage relationships with MCA, SEBI, stock exchanges, and other statutory authorities. Prepare high-quality presentations and reports using MS Excel and PowerPoint for board and investor communication.

Eligibility Criteria:

Company Secretary (mandatory);

LLB is an added advantage

. 5-9 years of experience in legal, compliance, and company secretarial roles--ideally with IPO or listing exposure. Strong working knowledge of XBRL, corporate law, and governance practices. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is a must.

Pay: ?70,000.00 - ?120,000.00 per month
