1 Secretarial Responsibilities
Support in compliance with all provisions of SEBI listing regulations (both periodic and event based) including ensuring filing on the online portals of BSE and NSE
Support in compliance with all provisions of Companies Act (both periodic and event-based filings)
Support in preparing record of proceedings of meetings of the board and committee meetings
Support Annual General Meetings (AGM) and general meetings by producing agendas, taking minutes, conveying decisions etc.
Support in preparing Annual report and co-ordinate with internal & external stakeholders
Support in compliance with insider trading regulations
Tracking various amendments both under Companies Act and SEBI + various regulatory orders from time to time assessing its specific impact and preparing action plan for the Company.
2 Legal Responsibilities
Support in preparation of various documents/returns as required under the provisions of the Companies Law
Assist in creating awareness and counsell external & internal stakeholders with applicable provisions and on amendments thereto
3 Record Keeping
Assist in updating & maintaining of books and registers of the company as required under the provisions of the Companies Law
4 Business partnering
Support team in planning and setting up controls and line of defense
Support the team?s processes and execution plans for their effective business partnering and ensure seamless controls
