Roles and Responsibilities Looking for Company Secretary Management Trainee on an immediate basis for a Mumbai based Listed Company for a tenure of 21 months Roles and Responsibilities

• Secretarial support for the listed and group companies
• Assisting in statutory compliances under the Companies Act 2013, SEBI Listing (LODR) Regulations and Corporate Laws.
• Assisting in preparation of Board and Committee Meeting agenda and minutes.
• Co-ordination with Statutory and Regulatory Authorities (ROC, RBI, SEBI, MCA)
• Assisting in all periodic and ad-hoc regulatory filings are submitted correctly and in time
• Updation of Statutory registers and records;
• Any other work related to secretarial matters as may be assigned.

Qualifications : CS Professional \xe2\x80\x93 All Groups Cleared, Fresher, hard worker, self-motivated and good communication skills
