Office Timing: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Company Secretary (CS) with an LLB background to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to Investment Banking and IPO processes, along with a solid understanding of legal and compliance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in Investment Banking transactions and related compliance.

Handle IPO documentation, filings, and coordination with regulatory authorities.

Ensure compliance with Companies Act, SEBI Regulations, and listing requirements.

Draft and review legal documents, agreements, resolutions, and board meeting materials.

Manage statutory records, registers, and filings (ROC, SEBI, Stock Exchange).

Liaise with internal teams, external consultants, and regulatory bodies.

Support the management in legal advisory and corporate governance matters.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

CS qualification with LLB mandatory.

2-4 years of relevant experience.

Strong understanding of Investment Banking and IPO procedures.

Excellent knowledge of company law, securities law, and compliance norms.

Strong communication, drafting, and analytical skills.

Ability to handle confidential information and work under deadlines.
