Job Description

Ensure compliance with RBI regulations applicable to NBFCs.

Experience in NCD/Subordinate debt handling in NBFC

Filing of necessary returns and forms with ROC, RBI, and other regulators.

Drafting minutes, resolutions, and notices for Board/General Meetings.

Advising the Board on company law, governance, and secretarial best practices.

Liaising with auditors, legal advisors, and regulatory bodies.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of corporate, RBI, and SEBI regulations.

Assist in drafting and reviewing key company policies, agreements, and investor documentation.

Experience

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in an NBFC or financial services firm.

Thorough knowledge of Companies Act, 2013, RBI NBFC Guidelines, FEMA, and other allied laws.

Job Types: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
