Job Description

Job Summary:

The Company Secretary will be responsible for ensuring the company's compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, maintaining corporate records, and providing support to the board of directors.

Key Responsibilities:

Corporate governance: Ensure compliance with Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other applicable laws.

Board support: Provide secretarial support to the board of directors, including preparing meeting agendas, minutes, and resolutions.

Statutory filings: Ensure timely filing of statutory returns, forms, and other documents with regulatory authorities.

Corporate records: Maintain and update corporate records, including registers, documents, and agreements.

Compliance monitoring: Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and advise the management on compliance matters.

Requirements:

Qualifications: Fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).

Experience: 5-10 years of experience as a Company Secretary or in a similar role.

Skills: Strong knowledge of corporate laws, SEBI regulations, and governance practices.

Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?100,000.00 per month
