About the Role

We are looking for a

Company Secretary

who wants to work at the intersection of

compliance, capital markets, and investor-facing research

.

This is

not a routine CS role

. You'll work closely with leadership, investors, legal advisors, and regulators while gaining deep exposure to the

unlisted and Pre-IPO ecosystem

.

Key Responsibilities

Compliance & Governance

? Handle Companies Act, LLP, FEMA, RBI, and MCA compliances

? Manage filings, registers, resolutions, and statutory documentation

? Support AIF-related documentation and coordination

Capital Markets & Research

? Analyse Pre-IPO and unlisted companies

? Assist in preparing company notes, compliance summaries, and disclosures

? Support financial modelling, valuation analysis, and investor decks

Stakeholder Support

? Act as a bridge between management, investors, and external advisors

? Assist in responding to investor and compliance-related queries with accuracy

What We're Looking For

? Qualified Company Secretary with

1-2 years of experience

? Strong understanding of

corporate laws, compliance frameworks, and financial statements

? Interest in

capital markets, unlisted shares, and Pre-IPO investments

? Good working knowledge of

Excel, PowerPoint, and basic financial modelling

Clear communication and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
