1. Assist in preparing & maintaining statutory registers and records.
2. Support the preparation of board meetings, including drafting agendas & minutes.
3. Ensure compliance with corporate governance & statutory obligations.
4. Assist in the filing of statutory returns & forms with regulatory authorities.
5. Coordinate with various departments for the preparations of reports & documentations.
6. Assist in new company formation.
7. Provide general administrative support to the company secretary.
8. Assist in banking documentation along with preparation of LC, BG.

12. Bank charges & Internal balance monitoring
