Job Description
An Indian origin person having experience of around 6-8 years of working as a full time Company Secretary of a UK Plc and US listed entity.Qualification- UK CS/Lawyer/CA * Compliance of UK Companies Act for a UK PLC * Board, Committee and Shareholders Meeting * Compliance of Nasdaq Listing Agreement and US Securities Laws * UK Companies Act * Compliance of UK Companies Act for a UK Plc including maintenance of records and filing with UK Companies House * HMRC dealing for payment of stamp duty and other related matters * Board, Committee & Shareholders Meetings * UK Payroll and NEST Compliance * Any other requirements relating to UK Companies Act and related Regulations * Compliance of Nasdaq Listing Agreement and US Securities Laws * Filing of 6-K, 20-F, other forms with SEC * Filing of notifications with Nasdaq * Any other US Securities Law Compliance with respect to a Foreign Private IssuerJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ?75,000.00 - ?90,000.00 per monthBenefits:
