S.No KRA Frequency 1 Statutory filings, maintenance of registers, and corporate governance complianceReal-time 2 Board support: agendas, minutes, and governance advisory Real-time 3 Shareholder communication and AGM coordination Real-time 4 Maintenance of statutory records and registers Real-time 5 Filing of annual reports and financial statements Real-time 6 Governance policy development and implementation Real-time 7 Stakeholder coordination with auditors, legal counsels, shareholders Real-time 8 Liaison with legal counsels during due diligence exercises Real-time 9 Compliance under FEMA, Companies Act, SEBI within timelines Real-time 10 IPO process coordination and regulatory compliance Real-time

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
