Position: Company Secretary

Company: Finstars Capital Limited - a leading NBFC based in Ahmedabad

Location: Prahaladnagar, Ahmedabad (Local candidates preferred)

Education Qualification:

Qualified Company Secretary (CS)

Experience:

Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities:

Managing and maintaining statutory records and registers

Ensuring compliance with ROC, RBI, and other regulatory bodies

Organizing board meetings, preparing notices, agendas, and minutes

Skills Required:

Prior experience in RBI registered NBFC compliance (mandatory)

Strong understanding of NBFC regulations and company law

Excellent drafting, communication, and coordination skills

Salary:

As per experience and performance in the interview
