Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other applicable laws.
Manage board and shareholder meetings, drafting minutes, and maintaining statutory records.
Liaise with
merchant bankers, regulators, and other authorities
for documentation and compliance.
Support management in corporate governance matters and decision-making processes.
Provide guidance on legal and regulatory changes impacting the company.
Assist in IPO and capital market-related processes (where applicable).
Requirements
Qualified
Company Secretary (CS)
with membership in the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
Minimum 5 years of work experience
in a
Public Limited Company
.
Strong knowledge of company law, SEBI regulations, and compliance frameworks.
Exposure to Pre and Post IPO processes
will be a significant advantage.
Excellent communication, drafting, and stakeholder management skills.
