Required Skills & Qualifications:



Qualified Company Secretary (Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India - ICSI) essential. 5-10 years relevant experience in company secretarial, legal & regulatory compliance in a finance / NBFC / banking / large corporate environment. Strong understanding of corporate governance, corporate law, financial services regulation, secretarial standards. Excellent legal drafting, contract review and negotiation skills; strong analytical ability. Good stakeholder management: board level, senior management, regulators, external advisors. High integrity, proactive mindset, ability to work in a dynamic and regulated environment. Familiarity with KYC/AML, corporate-compliance frameworks, risk & internal control processes. Excellent communication skills (written & verbal); proficiency in MS Office and secretarial/ compliance systems.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
