Key Responsibilities:
Organize and document Board, General, and Committee meetings, including minutes and resolutions
Maintain statutory records, registers, and official documentation
Prepare and manage agreements, contracts, MOA, AOA, and internal governance materials
Coordinate with auditors, legal advisors, and internal departments
Ensure proper handover, tracking, and filing of confidential records
Collaborate with leadership on
business ideas, proposals, and decision-making support
Assist in policy formulation and process documentation
Provide regular updates and reports to management
