Renew or close client accounts: update signage, databases, and systems.
Buy office supplies monthly: talk to vendors, check deliveries, collect bills, send to accounts.
Fix camera or internet issues: call vendors, make sure things work.
Make and send invoices using software, get approvals, share with clients.
Check office premises regularly: take photos of issues, note them, follow up with facility team.
Help new hires join: collect ID proofs, photos, bank details; set up biometric access; update records.
Track attendance and leaves, download reports, send payslips using basic tools.
Handle filing, spreadsheets, data entry for clients, vendors, employees.
Help family office with small tasks like GST checks or collecting documents.
Requirements:
1-3 years in office admin or operations (coworking, real estate, or facility management a plus).
Basic Google Sheets, Gmail, data entry.
Okay with visiting vendors or sites sometimes.
Good English and Hindi communication.
Live near Khan Market preferred.
Working Style:
Be reliable and organized, follow up on time.
Keep records straight.
6 days a week, some site visits.
