Job Summary:



We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

Company Secretary (CS)

who will handle

company incorporation, registration, and related compliance services

for clients. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end execution of incorporation processes under the Companies Act, 2013, maintaining statutory compliance, and assisting in allied registrations like GST, MSME, Start-up India, and others as per client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:



Company Incorporation & Registration

Prepare and file incorporation documents with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA). Draft MOA, AOA, and other relevant documents. Obtain Digital Signature Certificates (DSC) and Director Identification Numbers (DIN). Apply for PAN, TAN, GST, MSME, and Start-up India registrations post incorporation.

Client Coordination & Documentation

Collect, verify, and organize all documents required from clients for incorporation. Coordinate with clients to clarify requirements and resolve documentation discrepancies. Ensure timely updates to clients on filing status and progress.

Compliance & Legal Filings

File necessary e-forms (SPICe+, AGILE, INC forms, etc.) within due timelines. Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, MCA guidelines, and other applicable regulations. Maintain records of filings and generate compliance reports.

Research & Advisory Support

Stay updated with amendments, circulars, and notifications related to company law and registration. Suggest process improvements and new services (LLP, OPC, NGO, Section 8 Company, etc.).

Team & Coordination Work

Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Accounts) for smooth client onboarding. Assist the team in handling escalations and queries related to incorporation. Share daily/weekly status reports with management.

Key Skills & Requirements:



Qualified or Semi-qualified Company Secretary (CS Executive/Professional). Sound knowledge of

Companies Act, 2013

, MCA portal, and e-filing system. Strong drafting and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple incorporation cases simultaneously. Proficiency in MS Office, MCA portal, and related compliance tools. Attention to detail, problem-solving attitude, and strong client-handling skills.

Preferred Experience:



1-4 years of experience in

company incorporation, ROC filings, and compliance

. Prior experience in a CA/CS firm or legal consultancy will be preferred.
