Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Board Meetings, General Meetings, and Committee Meetings -- including drafting of notices, agendas, and minutes.
Prepare and file necessary ROC forms, annual returns, and other statutory documents.
Handle tender applications, documentation, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain statutory registers, company records, and compliance trackers.
Draft resolutions, contracts, and agreements as per legal requirements.
Liaise with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and consultants as needed.
Ensure proper documentation, record-keeping, and data management.
Requirements:
CS qualified with 4-5 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
Sound knowledge of corporate laws, secretarial practices, and legal compliance.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and compliance software/tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle tasks independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills (Added Advantage):
Exposure to the aviation training industry or working with regulatory bodies like DGCA.
Experience working with educational or training institutes.
