About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, annual filing, and FEMA compliance
2. Maintaining corporate governance standards
3. Drafting minutes and other documents
4. Handling due diligence, RERA compliance, and insurance companies' compliance
5. Drafting and filing legal documents and reports
6. Providing guidance on corporate law and governance matters
7. Assisting with all other work related to secretarial duties
