About the internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handle company law compliances, and FEMA for different companies across India
2. Work on IPR registrations
3. Handle income tax and GST compliances
4. Handle various FEMA compliances
5. Manage merger and amalgamation
6. Handle various other registrations like food license, drug license, ISO, import-export code, etc.
