Job Description

we looking for company secretary (Qualified) for listed company. with minimum 5yrs experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with

Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and SEBI (LODR)

Handle

stock exchange filings, disclosures, and announcements

Organize

Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, AGM/EGM

Prepare and maintain

agenda, minutes, and resolutions

Ensure compliance with

corporate governance requirements

Maintain

statutory registers and records

Coordinate with

stock exchanges, SEBI, RTA, and auditors

Monitor and implement

insider trading regulations

Handle

shareholder queries, investor complaints, and corporate actions

File

ROC/MCA and stock exchange returns

on time Advise management on

legal, secretarial, and compliance matters


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ?50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Egmore, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:

6yrs: 5 years (Preferred) total work: 5 years (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
