Legal compliance management
: Ensuring adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements.
Board meeting facilitation
: Drafting agendas, minutes, and maintaining secretarial records.
Corporate governance practices
: Advising on best practices and preventing regulatory penalties.
Liaison
: Serving as the point of contact between management, board, and external regulators.
Stakeholder management
: Assisting with communication to shareholders and regulatory authorities.
