Job Title: Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (Immediate)
Location : Ranipet (Tamilnadu)
Experience : 5 to 7 years
Qualification : Company Secretary
Roles and Responsibilities:

• Prepare agenda and papers for board meetings, committees and Annual General Meetings and follow up of actions.
• Ensure policies and Statutory compliance are up to date.
• Cordially working with the Finance team and ensure all processes are followed as per set sop.
• Implement processes and ensures good management of the organization.
• Develop and oversee the systems that ensure the company complies with all applicable codes, in addition to ots legal and Statutory requirements.
• Should play a active role and provide valuable input to the management.
• Manage contractual agreements with suppliers and customers.
• Liase with external regulators and advisers as and when required.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Commercial Awareness
• Ability to take initiative
• Maintain diplomatic approach towards issues.
