Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Mid-Level Company Secretary to join our team at Vivanta Industries Limited. This full-time position, based in Ahmedabad, entails ensuring effective corporate governance, managing shareholder relations, and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations. The successful candidate will play a vital role in the firm's interactions with stakeholders while supporting corporate secretarial functions.
Qualifications and Skills

  • Experienced in administering employee stock ownership plans (ESOP), managing benefits, and aligning with organizational strategies.
  • Exposure to IPO support processes, ensuring compliance and readiness for public offerings, enhancing company growth and investment opportunities.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Ensure the company's compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, pertaining to the pharmaceuticals industry.
  • Manage corporate governance, implementing practices to enhance the company's reputation and stakeholder trust.
  • Act as a key point of contact for shareholders, addressing queries and managing communications effectively.
  • Guide the organization in adhering to SEBI regulations, ensuring ethical and compliant practices are maintained.
  • Draft and maintain accurate minutes of all meetings, ensuring all key decisions are documented and acknowledged.
  • Coordinate and manage all logistics for board meetings, from scheduling to distribution of materials, to recording decisions taken.
