Job location: Prahaladnagar, Ahmedabad
Qualification: CS Qualified
:

• Provide legal and secretarial support to the Board of Directors and Committees
• Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, and other applicable laws
• Maintain and update company records, registers, and databases
• Coordinate and minute meetings of the Board and Committees
• Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements
• Act as custodian of the important documents, certificates.
• Advise on corporate governance best practices
• Liaise with external stakeholders, auditors, and regulators
• Develop and implement corporate governance policies and procedures
• Manage and coordinate the annual general meeting and other shareholder meetings
• Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Ensure Compliances under FEMA, Companies Act, 2013, SEBI Laws etc.
• Ensure adherence to best standards of corporate governance practices

• At least 4 years of experience as a Company Secretary or in a related field
• Associate membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI)
• Strong knowledge of Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other applicable laws
• Excellent communication and drafting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• High level of professionalism and integrity

• Minimum 4 years of work experience in Manufacturing / FMCG / Pharma industry / Listed Companies

• Microsoft Office mandatory
• Excellent English conversation and written skills
• Presentation, Communication, Negotiation, Influencing Skills
