We\'re located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Company Secretary at FinGuru Services India Private Ltd. in Ahmedabad. The Company Secretary will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with clients, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, advising the Board of Directors on corporate governance matters, and organizing and preparing for board meetings and other legal proceedings. Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, managing compliance strategies. Build and maintain client relationships, addressing queries and ensuring satisfaction. Provide guidance to the Board on corporate governance practices and policy implementation. Organize and prepare for board meetings, coordinating documentation and materials. Assist in legal proceedings preparation, maintain records, and manage statutory obligations. Manage statutory registers, oversee filings, and maintain legal documentation. Identify and mitigate legal and compliance risks, collaborating with stakeholders. Contribute to policy development, ensuring alignment with legal requirements. Provide regular updates to management and submit reports to regulatory bodies. Stay updated on industry trends, attend training sessions, and enhance professional skills.
