Job Description


  • Initiate and progress discussion with the leads generated
  • Provide all the relevant information sought by the prospects
  • Send proposals and follow up until conversion of the lead
  • Collect all the documents needed by the concerned FZ or DED other Authorities
  • Prepare and submit upload the applications and other documents at the concerned FZ DED other Authorities portals
  • Constantly liaise with the Client Free Zone Authorities PROs Bank Representatives until conclusion of the process
  • Follow Company s MIS reporting process Candidates are required to guide and assist entrepreneurs on the best solution for their business model, assist them throughout the journey starting with sending comprehensive proposals, completing all the formalities with regards to Entity formation, Immigration, Bank account opening etc
  • Will be responsible for all submissions in govt offices concerned offices checking all the documents at the time of collection from government offices.
  • All the details on license to be verified rectified in case of any deviation with the input Visit coordinate with govt authorities on time as when required in terms of maintaining good relationships.
  • Getting information from govt authorities on rules changed rules updated time to time finding the solutions resolving the critical issues for govt compliances.
  • Complete coordination for appointments of clients with govt bodies on time information s circulation smooth execution for presence of client on time.
  • Complete responsibilities for original docs on time deposit to office on time collection from outer parties etc Coordination with Master Sheet Administrator for outside movement updates on given job assignments
  • Signing the record at the time of collection handover of documents Collection delivery of documents from client s place or any other place as per the requirements
  • To complete Accounts dept settlement maintain mileage log sheet in discussion with team leader
  • Maintain full confidentiality in passing information sharing details inside outside of company. Will be responsible for all submissions in govt offices / concerned offices.
  • All the details on license to be verified & rectified in case of any deviation with the input.

  • Finding the solutions & resolving the critical issues for govt compliances.

  • Legal drafting and research on UAE laws and regulations.
