The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, responsible for managing the front desk efficiently. This role includes handling incoming calls, greeting guests, managing appointments, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes.
Ensure reception area is clean, presentable, and well-organized at all times.
Call Handling
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly.
Provide basic information to callers and take accurate messages when required.
Administrative Support
Handle incoming and outgoing couriers, packages, and mail.
Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors when required.
Assist HR/Admin team with document preparation, filing, and data entry.
Coordination & Communication
Communicate effectively with employees and departments for smooth workflow.
Provide support during company events, meetings, and visitor arrangements.
Other Responsibilities
Follow company security procedures and protocols.
Handle basic administrative tasks assigned by management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate with proven experience as a receptionist or front office executive.
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professional appearance and pleasant personality.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
