We are looking for an experienced

Plant Head - Jewellery

to lead and manage end-to-end manufacturing operations. The candidate will be responsible for production planning, quality control, cost optimization, workforce management, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities

Overall management of jewellery manufacturing plant operations Production planning and execution for gold, silver, diamond jewellery Monitoring casting, polishing, setting, finishing, and quality processes Ensuring production targets, timelines, and cost efficiency Implementing SOPs, quality standards, and compliance norms Managing manpower, supervisors, and department heads Reducing wastage, controlling losses, and improving productivity Coordination with design, merchandising, and sales teams Inventory control of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods Maintenance of machinery and production infrastructure
Skills & Requirements

Minimum

10 years of experience

in jewellery manufacturing Strong knowledge of end-to-end jewellery production processes Experience in handling large teams and factory operations Excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills Knowledge of quality control, wastage control, and process improvement Familiarity with ERP/production tracking systems preferred
Qualification

Diploma / Bachelor's degree (Engineering / Production / Management preferred) Jewellery manufacturing background is mandatory
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
