Primary Tasks:
Pickup and drop the food trailer at the designated cafe space daily (morning and evening).
Use the vehicle for
side transport work
(Porter deliveries, shop supplies, local courier runs, etc.) during the rest of the day.
Maintain vehicle cleanliness, check oil/fuel, and ensure trailer is securely handled.
Coordinate with the owner for route planning and daily vehicle updates.
