Job Summary:

We are hiring for a

Comacting Incharge

to lead the compacting division, which is the final finishing stage in textiles. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in running compacting machines and managing a team of operators and helpers.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the complete operations of the

Compacting Department

. Operate and monitor

Open Width Compacting Machines

. Preferably able to work on

both Open Width and Tubular Compacting Machines

. Ensure smooth workflow and optimum production output. Manage, guide, and supervise operators and helpers. Maintain quality standards during the finishing process. Troubleshoot machine-related issues and coordinate maintenance when required. Maintain production records and ensure timely reporting. Follow safety and compliance procedures within the department.

Requirements:

Minimum

3-7 years

of experience in textile compacting (finishing). Strong knowledge of

open width compacting

; tubular compacting knowledge is an added advantage. Ability to lead and supervise a team effectively. Good communication skills and responsible work approach. Candidates from

Tiruppur

or with experience in Tiruppur textile mills are highly preferred.
