Install, configure, and maintain the Commvault CommServe, MediaAgents, and client agents on Windows and Linux platforms.
Backup & Restore Operations:
Perform daily backups, monitor job performance, validate backup integrity, and execute data restores as needed.
Disaster Recovery (DR):
Develop, document, and regularly test DR plans to ensure business continuity.
Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution:
Diagnose and resolve issues with backup failures, restore errors, replication problems, and storage performance.
Storage & Policy Management:
Manage backup storage, configure various Commvault policies (storage, schedule, retention), and ensure efficient storage usage.
Performance Optimization:
Optimize backup processes using features like multiplexing, multi-streaming, and disk staging.
