We are looking for Commvault Backup Admin - L3 who can join with us in Hyderabad/ Pune location.
EXP - 8- 13 Yrs
Location - Hyderabad / Pune location
Backup Administration is responsible for managing and troubleshooting of the Commvault Environment, ensuring regular backups and test restores, HC of Commvault servers.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities ---

• Provide L2 CommVault support for managing backup environment.
• Ensures that performance standards are met and that production support services are consistent with service level agreements.
• Implements strategies to improve current processes and procedures and identifies cost reduction opportunities to enhance business operations.
• Provides deliverables in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provides 24x7 rotational support with on-call support.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:---

• Significant technical knowledge of various OS related functionality including, but not limited to Backups, Restore, Disaster Recovery management, and File System Management.
• Minimum of 8+ years\' experience as Commvault Administrator

Installation, configuration & upgradation of Commvault Server and client on AIX, Linux & windows environments. * Upgrades of Client software on AIX, Linux & windows.

• Installation and configuration & upgrade of TDP for DB\'s.
• Configuration of LAN-free backups on AIX, Linux & windows Environment
• Troubleshooting L2 server & Client related issues.
• Administration of Disaster Recovery Management.
• Must have worked on CommVault in AIX/Linux environment
• Ready to work in 24*7 support
• Monitoring the performance of scheduled backups and take corrective actions
• Schedule regular testing of restore\' s and ensuring adherence to related retention policies as defined by Customer.
• Hands on Experience in managing of multi-vendor tape library with TSM (TS3500, TS4500, TS7650G, DLT TL)
