Key Responsibilities

Query Resolution:

Address customer and advisor queries via chat, email, and phone in a prompt and professional manner.

Real-Time Problem Solving:

Troubleshoot issues, coordinate with internal teams for escalations, and ensure timely follow-ups.

Effective Communication:

Build trust through clear, empathetic communication in English (written and verbal).

Process Improvement:

Identify common queries, streamline responses, and suggest improvements to enhance user experience.

Customer Engagement:

Ensure a seamless and rewarding journey for both customers and advisors on the platform.

What You'll Need

Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English) Strong problem-solving abilities and quick thinking under pressure Empathy and patience in handling customer concerns High attention to detail and professional demeanor Prior experience in

Customer Support, Client Servicing, or Inside Sales
