Key Responsibilities
Community Engagement
Actively engage with followers across all social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest, etc.).
Respond to comments, DMs, messages, and inquiries in a timely, brand-consistent manner.
Interact with
third-party pages
and communities to
gain attention
, build relationships, and increase brand visibility.
Monitor conversations and trends to identify engagement opportunities.
Content & Copywriting
Write captivating, brand-aligned
captions, comments, and replies
that reflect our tone and values.
Craft engaging
copy for posts, bios, and campaigns
that drive community growth and loyalty.
Collaborate with the creative and design teams to produce on-brand content for Reddit, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms.
Community Building
Build and manage communities across Reddit and Pinterest -- create topic boards, threads, and posts that drive interaction.
Identify new opportunities for expanding our digital presence and reaching niche audiences.
Track and analyze engagement metrics, providing insights to optimize communication strategies.
Brand Consistency
Maintain and enforce
brand guidelines
across all channels and communication touchpoints.
Ensure all replies, messages, and posts reflect the brand voice and uphold professional standards.
Requirements
Proven experience as a
Community Manager
,
Social Media Manager
, or similar role.
Exceptional English writing and copywriting skills
-- witty, clear, and creative.
Strong understanding of social platforms including
Instagram, Reddit, Pinterest, Facebook, and TikTok
.
Ability to handle multiple platforms, communities, and conversations simultaneously.
Deep understanding of
social tone, comment strategy

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with social listening tools or community management software.
